Dear Members,

The global COVID-19 pandemic which has now claimed the lives of over 300,000 worldwide has spurred governments to provide stimulus packages of trillions and billions of dollars to save their economies. It is now an URGENT imperative for countries and cities to become "smart" by transforming and enabling their cities with innovative technologies. 

This Digital Roundtable aims to provide the opportunity for key stakeholders from the national and city governments and industry leaders to gain perspectives on how leaders of smart cities would put in place a strategy with execution capabilities of their staff and ecosystem stakeholders.

It is a joint effort by ASOCIO, a regional grouping of 24 economies in Asia Pacific and Oceania and Smart Cities Network, a global thought leader with innovative companies, to facilitate the growth of smart cities in their member economies. This Digital Roundtable will be moderated by Kok-Chin Tay, Chairman of Smart Cities Network and David Wong, Chairman of ASOCIO will give a Welcome Remark.
