PIKOM members will now have the opportunity to
take up retail space in a dedicated ICT mall in the heart
of Kuala Lumpur following the National ICT Association of
Malaysia’s partnership with Capital Square Sdn
Bhd (CSSB), owners of the CapSquare Centre retail
complex. PIKOM acts as a Facilitator and CSSB is the
venue owner.
Called the PIKOM ICT Mall, CapSquare (PIKOM
ICT Mall), it is part of the integrated CapSquare
development within the city. A total of 84,299 sq ft of
retail space has been set aside for PIKOM’s
members to occupy and attractive rental rates have
already been negotiated with CSSB, a subsidiary of
Bandar Raya Developments Berhad (BRDB). In
remaining a part of the integrated CapSquare
neighbourhood, the mall will retain many of its previous
services and F&B tenants.
The four-storey PIKOM ICT Mall is scheduled for
soft launch this September. It will offer a complete range
of ICT products and consumers can expect the best deals
and bargains when shopping there.
This is the first time in PIKOM’s 25-year
history that the association is initiating an ICT Mall. It is a
major milestone for the association and the mall is part
of its on-going initiatives to help spur the
country’s ICT retail industry. Its agreement with
CSSB to lease the mall’s space to its members is
nine years.

On 25 June
2012, we opened the doors of PIKOM Training Centre,
which is made entirely possible by our collaboration with
the centre’s principal sponsor, Epson Malaysia
Sdn Bhd.
Thanks to this symbiotic partnership, we envision
new and exciting product launches, hands-on training
sessions, product briefs and even special appearances by
iconic ICT brand ambassadors to be held at the centre or
other locations within the mall.
Holographic interactive presentations and
product workshops using three dimensional displays will
be the norm at the centre. It will give parents, students,
executives, engineers, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs,
artists and more, with a deep and profound sense of
today’s consumer digital technology paving the
way, laying the foundation for a sustainable, highly
creative and deeply enriching knowledge society.
